My name is Randy Munmon, and I’m a real estate professional, property manager, and Owner of Munmon Real Estate. I have over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry. We are an independent brokerage based in Oakland, CA, providing real estate services to homeowners and home sellers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Why I Became a Real Estate Agent
I was born and raised in the Bay Area and studied at the College of San Mateo before immersing myself in the real estate business, starting with a resident manager position with a local real estate company. Since then, I’ve always done my best in my real estate work. My achievements include helping clients sell their homes at $65,000K over the asking price with twenty-six offers.
My passion for this industry fuels my desire to become the best real estate professional I can be. That’s why I take every opportunity to increase my knowledge and skills. I currently hold certificates in legal aspects of real estate, appraisals, economics, finance, escrow, fair housing, and property management.
Helping people and making a positive difference in my community is why I love what I do. When I was first introduced to real estate management, I knew I’d found my true calling. I’ve always wanted to positively impact the people around me, and I hope my legacy and the legacy of Munmon Real Estate will be known by the number of people’s lives we’ve touched.
